How to Request an Interpreter

We offer the following options for requesting interpreting services: 

• Log into our Scheduling System with your user name and password at https://schedule.archlanguage.com.
• Send an instant message through ICQ.
• Call us at 651-789-7897 ext. 1.
• Send a request by email to request@archlanguage.com.
• For an urgent need, click our Chat Live menu item to the right.

Upon receipt of your request, a scheduler from our Scheduling Department will find an interpreter for you and confirm your request within 1-5 minutes.

Phone Interpreting Options

ARCH Language Network's Phone Interpreting Service is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With our Phone Interpreting Services, you have the following options:

• Our staff can conference you and your LEP client in with the requested language interpreter.
• Our interpreter can call you back at a time that is convenient for you and your client.
• The interpreter can call the LEP client first and then schedule the appropriate time for the phone conference.
