ARCH Mission

The mission of ARCH Language Network (ARCH) is to provide excellent, timely, culturally competent interpretation and translation services to Minnesota’s Health and Human Service's organizations serving Limited-English Proficient (LEP) populations. Our overarching philosophy is to partner with our client organizations to ensure we provide the highest quality interpretation and translation services.

Working with ARCH Language Network

ARCH offers our customers world class interpreter services with access to nearly 50 languages face-to-face and over 100 languages for translation and transcription. ARCH interpreters are highly trained and are regularly monitored. They also receive recurrent training and strictly adhere to our customers' guidelines. 

No other agency has dedicated the resources we have to provide high quality interpreters. 

Since the beginning of 2007, we have focused the lion's share of our resources on developing extensive initial and continuation training for our interpreters. In addition, ARCH offers our customers easy access, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. ARCH’s main office is staffed with highly trained schedulers 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. 

One of the greatest assets to organizations working with ARCH is that a highly qualified, extensively trained interpreter is typically available within an hour or less, especially for emergency appointments, on a 24 hour basis.
