Working with HMO Clients

If your clinic accepts patients on a state-funded program, ARCH Language Network may be able to help you reduce your interpreting expenses. ARCH Language Network is an approved provider for the following medical insurance carriers:

• Blue Plus
• Metropolitan Health Plan (MHP)
• South Country Health Alliance
• Health Partners
• Medica
• UCare

For patients enrolled in any of these programs, ARCH Language Network can provide interpreting services at no cost to your clinic. It is as simple as a phone call or fax to schedule an interpreter for these patients. Additionally, we can provide an interpreter for patients directly on Minnesota Medical Assistance.

How to Request Language Services

To schedule interpreting, translation or transcription services, call our scheduling department at 651-789-7897 ext. 1, or send an email to info@archlanguage.com. A scheduler will assist you in a timely manner.
