About Us

Our Story

ARCH Language Network (ARCH) first opened its doors in January of 1999 to provide interpreting services for newly arrived African refugees and immigrants to Minnesota.  In 2002, after three years of diligently working with this community, we expanded our language capacity and began providing interpretation and translation services for Limited - English speakers of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds. We consistently keep track of new and undiscovered languages that need our assistance with interpretation and translation services. 

Today, ARCH specializes in over 50 world languages for face-to-face interpretation and 100 languages for document translation services.  Our interpreters, translators, and transcriptionists work in collaboration with hospitals, clinics, counties, corporations, schools, social service agencies and legal services in the Twin Cities region as well as throughout the State of Minnesota.  While our services and language catalog has expanded, we have remained steadfast in our founding mission to provide excellent and culturally competent interpreting and translation services to organizations that serve Limited English speakers.

INTERPRETER SERVICES

The ARCH Interpreter Services department ensures to screen, train, and bring in the most qualified interpreters to represent our organization.  

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Our Financial Services team are dedicated to serving our customers and interpreters with billing and invoices and interpreter pay.  With the help of our customers, ARCH has developed numerous billing options to meet the varying needs of our customers.  

CALL CENTER (SCHEDULING)

ARCH utilizes a proprietary web-based online scheduling system developed for ARCH to schedule and manage all interpreting requests.  Request are also received via phone, fax, internet chat (SKYPE), email, or online via our main website through a request form.  

ARCH fully caters to requests for gender-specific interpreters. All ARCH request forms contain a box for selecting either a male or female interpreter.  Additionally, our proprietary web-based scheduling system will only search for a male or a female interpreter, based on the box checked when inputting the appointment request. 

 Our call center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year.
